Carnival Cruise Ship SPIRIT is very well designed and the overall on-board experience 5 star. The two AAA excursions were also very good with one exception. Last Chance Tours in Juneau Alaska was poor in the following regard. The tour guide was a half an hour late showing up less than 5 minutes before the scheduled departure. When the office was called, the receptionist argued that he was at the designated location until finally recognizing he was not there and texting him. Finally the guide (RJ) showed up and made the excuse that this was the first time he had to do the tour by himself. His demeaner was less than ideal and his presentation overly personalized.

The minute we stepped on the ship, it was amazing. The boarding process was easy and organized, the staff was friendly and inviting, and the activities on the ship were fun!
