The excursion changed from the times we preferred twice. Five of the tour guides were unprepared and disorganized to handle the number of people in the group. The itineraries were not as advertised. We were in concierge class and our attendant was less than helpful. We saw her approximately five times during our cruise.

I picked this cruise specifically for the Key West destination-unfortunately due to weather we were rerouted. Nobody to blame for that and Celebrity did their best to make it good by taking us to Bimini for the day. I found Celebrity to be a great cruise line and I was happy that I traveled with them.
