The cruise was amazing! Our AAA experience was not . We came in to office and had our questions answered pretty well. Staff struggled to navigate Princess website . Kept telling. Us staterooms were not available . I knew they were because I was very familiar with app and had just looked at home . We decided to come home and book ourselves . We didn’t think it would really make a difference but it did . When we called with a question , When staff saw we had booked it ourselves they kind of backed off and cruise line would not help . Said to call agent we booked with. We felt like we had no one to support booking .The trip was great … booking not so much

The staff were wonderful, the ship was beautiful, and Alaska was gorgeous!
