I wish I had something more positive to say however, after cruising for the past twenty years, this was by far the worst experience we have had. The state rooms were dirty, the bed was broken (took them three nights to finally fix this), we spent hours at guest services with no resolve, there were no onboarding activities suitable for a 7 year old, and the quality of experience for what we paid was not remotely what we deserved.
