Pet Rules
Pets are certainly welcome. However, all pets must be under physical control by the owner / handler at all times! Do not leave pets outside unattended. Please do not allow your pets to disturb other campers or go into their camp site. When taking your pets to relieve themselves only use the large grassy area past the back row away from camp sites and stored vehicles / campers. If you pet goes on another's site please clean it up it is not up to other visitors or camp staff to pick up after your pet.
Smoking
No smoking in any buildings. Do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.
Speed Limit
THE SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MILES PER HOUR. PLEASE BE AWARE OF PEDESTRIANS AND PETS.
Cleanliness
*CLEANLINESS OF THE PARK IS IMPORTANT TO US* No storage of anything is allowed outside of, or underneath your motor home, camper or trailer. Please place the sewer cap back on when you leave. Please do not flush any feminine hygiene products, diapers or anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Or pour grease down your drains in your sinks or our bathroom sinks. This causes septic system backups. For cost for washing vehicles or boats please check with the office.

*DAY USE VISITORS NEED TO LEAVE BY 11 PM* *FISHING ALLOWED ONLY BY CAMPERS AND REGISTERED VISITORS*

Monthly Renters
**FOR CAMPERS THAT LEAVE THEIR CAMPERS AND GO HOME DURING THE WEEK PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SECURE ALL ITEMS, CLOSE AWNINGS, LET DOWN YOUR ANTENA AND LEAVE YOUR CAMP SITE CLEAN** Also turn off your water supply and when your rig is not in use please be sure your slide outs are kept in.

Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water gas or electricity or plumbing. Nor will RV Park Spoonbill at Smith Point, TX. Accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond its control.
Respect
Respect privacy of fellow guest – do not walk through occupied sites. Do not move panic tables or benches around without permission to do so.
Trash
*GARBAGE IS TO BE BAGGED ONLY NO LOOSE TRASH AND BAGS ARE TO BE PUT IN THE BINS PROVIDED ON FRONT ROW AND BACK ROW DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE OUTSIDE OVER NIGHT OR THROW ON TOP OF BINS PLEASE OPEN THE LID AND PUT THE BAGS INSIDE AND CLOSE THE LID*
Children
*CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN’S SAFE CONDUCT AND ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THEY MAY INCUR OR CAUSE. UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN WHO CAUSE DISRUPTION FOR OTHER GUESTS MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK ALONG WITH THE ENTIRE GROUP.*
