Campground Overview

If you are looking for a beautiful RV Park and Campground in Joplin that can satisfy all your needs , look no further! Our Park is located in a quiet wooded area, yet still close to restaurants and shopping. We have 30/50 amp hookups, with no extra charges! Come fish our stocked pond, no license needed. When you choose Ballard's Campground, you'll be provided with great guest services from our on-site management. Book your reservation today!

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash with someone at all times while outside the RV. • You are responsible for picking up after your pets. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. • Limit of 2 pets per RV without prior approval from management. • No pets left outside RVs on cables, pets must be with you on a leash Pets are allowed at RV Sites and Tent Sites Only

Park Rules

No vehicle or RV washing on campgrounds unless approved by management. • No mechanic work of any kind • No clotheslines • No window units • No deep freezers • No Space Heaters, No outdoor rugs allowed • No outside trashcans • No homesteading • All guests must keep their sites Clean. • Smoking is not permitted in any park building and butts must be disposed of correctly and not on the ground. • Alcohol use is permitted at sites, and overindulgence is considered reached when it effects public peace, health, and safety. • Management must pre-approve any non-factory steps to RV. • You must have a heated water hose installed before November 1st, otherwise water will be locked until one is installed. • You cannot dump liquid waste of any sort on the ground or dumpsters. Please ask the office where you can place it. • Sewer and water hookups must be fitted appropriately and supported to sewer support ladder. • Units 10 years or older will need to be approved by management. • All units must be in complete working condition. Camp Store · RV Supplies · Snacks & Refreshments · Free Coffee Daily! · Grilling Essentials · Fishing Supplies · Laundry Supplies · Ice Fees • On the 2nd day after the due date a $35.00 late fee will be added and ongoing charges will accrue during this time. On the 4th day after the due date, we will disconnect all utilities. On the 7th day you will be asked to leave and you will be charged for your week reservation at the current weekly rate. • Failure to Clean up after your pet will be $25.00 for per pile. • Dirty site Fee $25.00 Additional vehicles are $35.00 per vehicle monthly with a permit . • There is a $5.00 per day for daily reservations, $15.00 per week for weekly reservations, and $25.00 per month for monthly reservations occupancy fee for more than 2 adults and 2 children at a campsite. Laundry Service Fee: $9.99 per load. Washed, Dried, & Folded. Propane • If your tank is 12 years or older we will not be able to refill it until it has been recertified. We are now able to recertify tanks if needed. • All propane cylinders must leave being filled with a safety sticker and propane dust cap. If you do not have these we will provide them for you for a small fee. • Management is not responsible for helping you load or unload your propane tanks. • Propane cylinders must be upright when leaving our premises. Amenities • All full hook-up sites • Playground • Laundry • Showerhouses • Lawn Games • Monthly Events Vehicles • Limit two vehicles per site ,rates will apply for additional vehicles and must have a permit from the office. Permit needs to be displayed where management can see it at all times while parked on the property. • You are not to park in any other area of the property, or it will be towed at owner’s expense. • Vehicles cannot block other sites or roadway. • No parking or driving on grass. • No parking in empty sites, daily, weekly, and Monthly rates will apply. • Laundry Drop-Off Services available. Please see office for details. • Please do not smoke inside buildings. • Please clean dryer lint filters after each use. • Please make sure you have all your belongings once you have finished; we do not have a lost and found. • Please help keep it clean where we can continue to keep it open 24 hours a day. • Don’t abuse the machines or the room. • Please be respectful to others and promptly remove your clothing from the washers and dryers upon completion, the laundry room is for campground Guests only. o driving on the grass for any reason. Children • Parents are always responsible for their children’s behavior and safety. • Please supervise small children in the Restrooms/Showers • Do not allow children to play in the roadway, your safety is our top priority. Lawn games available- see the office for details. Utilities Provided • Non metered electric • Water • Sewer • Wi-fi Pond • Catch & Release Only! • Do not feed the fish • No fishing license required. Camp Fires • Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. • Fire rings are allowed for campfires if they are contained, not left unattended, and extinguished afterwards. • Fireworks are prohibited on all campground premises. • Fire bans will be posted. • Firewood is available for purchase at office. No firewood brought in from outside of campground will be permitted. Storm Shelters • NOT PROVIDED HERE Garbage • Please help us stay clean by disposing your trash in the provided dumpster. • No trash left out on your site. Refunds • There will be no refunds if you choose to leave early or if you are asked to leave by management for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime without refund. • A $150.00 deposit will be required up front for weekly & monthly reservations. • Daily reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. • You MUST give at least 72 hours’ notice for a cancellation, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. These rules and policies are subject to change without any notice. Management has the right to ask anyone to leave who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the Park’s Policies & Rules, an eviction will be immediate.

Restroom / Shower

Restrooms/Showers Office • These facilities are available 24 hours a day. • No smoking, horseplay, pets, washing dishes are allowed in restroom/showers. • Please take all your belongings with you after each use, or we will have to throw it away. • These facilities are only for our guest use. • Please do no abuse these facilities or we will not be able to keep them opened. Tent Camping • Primitive Tent Camping only. • Fire rings are allowed for campfires if they are contained, not left unattended, and extinguished afterwards. • All guests must keep tent camping area clean. • Tent camping is around the back side of the pond only. •

Notice to Camper’s Please Read Carefully, This Affects Your Legal Rights Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping environment. YOU MUST READ ALL RULES BEFORE SIGNING THE WAIVER. This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release Campground, it’s officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers, and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person(s) or visitor(s) of any member of the family of the camper, arising out of the use of its camping facilities and any activities, games, or events sponsored by Campground. I agree to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment, which may occur. I also agree to immediately report any accident, injury or property damage to the manager or staff on site. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premise, the said camper will notify the management or staff immediately. I also agree to take full responsibility for myself and all the people in my party, including minors and visitors, and will require them to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office or on the grounds, as well as the terms and conditions as set forth in this registration form. In accordance with Local City & State Municipalities It is understood that this is private property and a Campground, failure to follow rules, laws, regulations or make payment when due you can, and it will result in your termination of privileges on our property, and you will be told to leave. I HAVE READ & AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, OR AS POSTED IN THE OFFICE AND/OR ON THE GROUNDS OR OTHERWISE STATED BY THE CAMPGROUND MANAGEMENT OR STAFF.
