With a variety of interactive, educational indoor attractions and its convenient location within the intu Trafford Centre, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is the ideal rainy-day destination for families in Manchester. Walk-up tickets bought on the day often sell out during peak times; to guarantee entry to the center, which operates on a time-slot basis, book your tickets online in advance.
Visitors to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester must be accompanied by a child, except on adult nights.
The center is autism-friendly on Thursday afternoons.
Relax and recharge at the on-site café, which serves drinks, sandwiches, and snacks.
The center is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers, although visitors must be able to transfer themselves to the rides and sit upright unaided. Caregivers enter for free.
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester is located in the intu Trafford Centre, some 5 miles (8 kilometers) west of the city center. If arriving by private vehicle, exit the M60 highway at Junction 9 or 10 and follow the signs to the intu Trafford Centre. Alternatively, take bus X50 from the city center. Check the center’s website for additional transport information.
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester is open from 10am to 6pm daily, except December 25. Last admission is at 5pm. For a quieter, less crowded experience, avoid school holidays and weekends, or go before 11am or after 3pm. Adults without children can enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre on adult nights only, typically held on the first Wednesday of every other month.
