Jacuzzi Family Vineyards

24724 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA

Among the rolling golden hills of Sonoma County lies the picturesque Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. The tasting room and winery are set in a stunning Italian villa-style building complete with a stone facade, inner courtyard, and sweeping views of the vine-strewn landscape. Coupled with a glass of an Italian varietal, you might just forget that you’re in California wine country.

Inspired by his teenage years spent in the vines with his grandfather Valeriano Jacuzzi, owner Fred Cline opened his family-run winery in homage to his late grandfather in 2007. The resulting winery, its vino, and overall wine tasting experience are heavily influenced by Italian culture. In fact, the winery makes several Italian wine varietals—including Barbera, Pinot Grigio, and Sangiovese; all of which can be sipped in the elegant and airy barrel room. While the grapes might be old school—Jacuzzi is not; the winery is making huge strides in its sustainable growing and winemaking practices. It refrains from using pesticides—and instead—uses more creative forms of pest control such as sheep. Plus, they’re a 100 percent solar-powered winery.

  • You must be 21 years or older to go wine tasting.
  • Jacuzzi is generous with both its food and wine tastings.
  • Ask about their specialty; a chocolate cup filled with Pinot Noir.
  • Book a private tour and tasting in advance to guarantee a spot.

If you’re traveling from San Francisco by car, take US-101 north (crossing the Golden Gate Bridge) before connecting to CA-37 east. The winery is conveniently located right off of CA-121, north on Arnold Drive in Sonoma. If you are looking for a designated driver, some tasting tours allow you to customize your tasting itinerary with a chauffeur.

Jacuzzi Family Vineyards is typically open daily—from morning until late afternoon. Both tours and tastings operate within those hours.

In addition to wine, Jacuzzi Family Vineyards also produces nationally-recognized, small-batch olive oil and vinegars. Stop by The Olive Press, conveniently located in the same space as the winery, for a scheduled tour. Learn about how olive oil is made and discover the nuances found in olive oil during a tasting.
