Once known as the Florida Beer Company, Carib Brewery USA is a brewery and taproom in Cape Canaveral. The brewery produces 28 different styles of beer and cider, some of which have won awards. The brewery offers guided tours while the 321 Lime House taproom is always abuzz with food trucks, special events, live entertainment, games, and themed nights.
Carib Brewery USA is a brewery and a taproom, both of which can be visited independently of the other. The tap house is called the 321 Lime House and has a stacked schedule of events. Craft beer classes are also available in the brewery. Merchandise is for sale, but one of the best ways to get a bang for your buck is to attend a brewery tour which includes a Carib Brewery USA t-shirt and tastings.
28 styles of beer are brewed, but all aren’t on tap at once. Check the draft list before arriving; if there’s a special or seasonal beer you want, ask if they can locate a bottle for you to purchase. The outdoor beer garden is a family-friendly space where all ages can sit, order food from the food trucks, and play games like cornhole. Carib’s beers are available for purchase as bottles in the taproom. You can mix and match to create your own six-pack.
Carib Brewery USA is located at 200 Imperial Boulevard in Cape Canaveral, two blocks off Highway AIA. It’s walkable from a few hotels, though if you’re staying near the port or beach, you’ll want to park on-site or call a taxi. Cruise passengers on a port day who don’t want to venture far from their cabin can easily take a rideshare to Carib Brewery USA within five to ten minutes.
The 321 Lime House Tap Room is open daily from the afternoon until at least sunset, so you can visit at your leisure. Late afternoon and late-night happy hours are available throughout the week if you want to sample Florida craft beer on the cheap. The weekly event calendar has trivia, open mic, and other nightly events that are worth a look. If you want a brewery tour with a tasting, schedule at least two hours.
There are nine permanent beers and multiple rotating beers at Carib Brewery USA, which may be a lot to sample in one sitting. You can find these brews near many popular Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach attractions like Exploration Tower, Port Canaveral, and Ron Jon Surf Shop.
