Flagstaff Scenic Highway leaves Baseline Rd. and winds to the summit of Flagstaff Mountain, 1,600 feet above Boulder. It affords splendid views of the Continental Divide, city, valley and plains. Picnic tables are provided at Panorama Point; hiking trails wind around the summit. Note: Drivers should use caution due to the numerous rock-climbers and bicyclists.
