There's a main departure lounge and an arrivals lounge for arriving passengers who book a meet-and-greet service, which includes expedited service through customs and immigration. If you want to visit the departure lounge as a paying guest, it’s best to book in advance. While walk-ins are allowed, they’re subject to availability. Those who want the meet-and-greet service must book in advance.
The lounge has showers for visitors to use, but you may have to wait for a turn.
Lounge access is free for some first- and business-class passengers and for some lounge pass holders.

The Club Kingston Airport Lounge is located in the main departure area of Kingston's Norman Manley International Airport, after security. To get there, head upstairs and go past the food court until you reach the elevator and escalators. Then head down to the mezzanine level and follow signs the rest of the way.
The Departure Lounge is open daily from early in the morning until evening, with shorter hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The Arrival Lounge follows similar hours. Note that opening times vary depending on flight schedules.
