Aqua Natura

Aqua Natura is more than a water park, it’s also a habitat for sea lions that live in the park. In the learning zone, kids of all ages can find out about the ocean and how to preserve and protect its habitats, and see feeding demonstrations up close.

Young ones can also enjoy the Little Turtles pool, where dressing up as mermaids, swimming with a monofin, and helping to save the oceans is all part of the fun. Older kids and adults will find the larger lagoon the perfect place to chill out, and the fast twists and turns of the slides are well-suited to thrill seekers. A separate VIP area offers sun loungers, shade, and poolside drinks.

Aqua Natura is easy to reach from Benidorm by car using the N-332 highway in 10-20 minutes, depending on traffic. There are also plenty of taxis available in Benidorm that offer return trips to the water park, and tour operators also offer private transfer services in the area.

Opening hours change throughout the year depending on the season. Usually the park will be open by mid-morning and closes in the evening during the high summer season, and late afternoon in the winter. Always check the times before planning your trip, as special events are also visible in the schedule.

Alongside Aqua Natura there is Terra Natura to explore—Benidorm’s open-plan zoo. After spending the day splashing around with sea lions, you’ll want to see more animals, and Terra Nature is just the place to do it. With enclosures that rely on natural barriers like rivers rather than fences or walls, it’s an animal-friendly zoo home to tigers, elephants, camels, crocodiles and more. It’s possible to visit both locations in one day, especially if you plan ahead and book your tickets in advance.
