Aire Ancient Baths Sevilla

Calle Aire 15, Seville

Set inside a 16th-century Moorish palace, these thermal baths are an atmospheric spot to relax and rejuvenate. The hushed, candle-lit main bathing area features thermal baths of varying temperatures, a steam room, a jet bath, and a salt pool, while a rooftop pool offers views of the historic Barrio Santa Cruz.

Visit Aire Ancient Baths Sevilla to enjoy 90 minutes in the main bath area, or book a massage, a wine bath, or a facial. Other upgrade options include treats such as fruit juice, chocolates, and a glass of cava. The baths also feature a rooftop pool overlooking the Seville Cathedral (Catedral de Santa María de la Sede). Access to the rooftop pool is not included with general admission but is included with select treatment packages.

  • Cellphones are not allowed in the bath area. Lockers are provided.

  • The bath limits the number of people who visit at any one time, so appointments should be booked in advance.

  • All you need to bring is your bathing suit; towels, robes, water shoes, and toiletries are provided.

  • The relaxation room offers complimentary tea and water.

  • Aire de Sevilla is coed, and women and men share bathing and treatment areas.

Aire Ancient Baths Sevilla is located in the center of the city, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, on a narrow laneway known as Calle Aire. The baths are about a 5-minute walk from the Seville Cathedral and close to many other popular sites. To reach the area via public transit, take the tram (line 1) to Archivo de Indias or Plaza Nueva; both stops are within a 10-minute walk of the baths.

Entry to the baths is by timed ticket only. Arrive 15 minutes before your booking to allow yourself ample time to check in and change. For packages that combine the thermal baths and massages, visitors typically begin with the thermal bath followed by the massage.

From Aire’s rooftop pool and terrace, visitors can gaze out at the Giralda (El Giraldillo), the 322-feet (98-meter) bell tower of Seville’s Cathedral. The Giralda was once the minaret of a mosque that stood on this site before the rest of the building was razed in the 15th century to make way for the Gothic cathedral.
