Park Road is the portion of SR 63 stretching 18 mi. s. from the Bryce Canyon National Park entrance to Rainbow Point. Bryce's main access road runs along a forested plateau near the canyon's edge offering glimpses of the canyon. Fifteen overlooks along the way are designated by pullouts or parking lots. Since they're all along the east side of the road, it's easier and safer to drive south first and then make stops on the return trip back to the park entrance.
