The sparkling white tower of City Hall rises 90 feet above Church Street. Its bronze weather vane depicts Sir George Somers’ shipwrecked Sea Venture. A first floor gallery displays a stamp collection and oil portraits of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Upstairs is the Bermuda National Gallery. The Earl Cameron Theatre hosts music, dance and theatrical performances; phone (441) 292-1234. Behind the building is Victoria Park with its 19th-century gazebo, built in honor of Queen Victoria's golden jubilee.
