Parc Oméga, 4 km (2.5 mi.) n. on Hwy. 323, is a 12-kilometre (7.5-mi.) drive-through 890-hectare (2,200-acre) wildlife park with free-roaming large and small native creatures. Inhabitants include beaver; wild boar; buffalo; fallow, red and white-tailed deer; duck; elk; goose; wapiti; raccoons; reindeer; bears; foxes; and wolves. Also on the site are a small farm with barnyard animals as well as walking and hiking trails along which visitors may encounter fauna. During the summer an animal spectacular show is presented.
