- The Eiffel Tower's top floor closes at times due to technical issues beyond our control. In that case you will be issued a partial refund of the difference between the 2nd floor and the top floor ticket.
- If you have a pacemaker, please let your tour guide know as there are security checks with metal detectors.
- If one or multiple members in your group have a wheelchair, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
- If you choose the climbing option, please ensure that you are fit to climb the stairs (15 min of climbing till the second floor with a break on the first floor for the tour).
- If you have a wheelchair, you can only access the 2nd floor . Please book the 2nd floor option only. Also, if you let us know in advance, you can enter through a special access. Do not book the climbing tour.
