    Great customer care at front desk. Room was impeccable. Quiet. Restaurant has excellent good and wine.

    Restaurant food and service was subpar, AC cover fell off in the middle of the night, checking out was not simple. I’ve stayed her many times and this is not usual.

    Hotel was excellent and the customer service is great. I love the parking and able to see vehicle in most general area of room. The only reason this hotel did not receive a five star is the bed was the most uncomfortable bed. With every move we felt the springs and did not have a restful or comfortable sleep.

    Great clean hotel. Was some noise coming from room above us. Called hotel and they took care of it right away and even offered us another room. Great family hotel. Love the Tuscany.
