My stay at the downtown location was excellent! I arrived to a welcoming crew of staff. Upon check in, I was told my room may not be ready, but without hesitation, I was offered an upgrade! Of course, I accepted and couldn’t believe the beautiful view of the canal. The room was very clean and equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker and complimentary bottled water. The location could not have been more perfect situated next to the canal. I felt like I was right in the center of everything! It felt very secure with card access required to operate elevator.
