I loved everything about the hotel except our beds that really needed replaced. They had sink hole and if you have back issues it is not good. However, once mentioned they moved us to a new room and even a bit of an upgrade. Location of the hotel is PERFECT! We walked most places. Unrelated to the hotel, but I recommend taking Uber over Black Taxi. It is so much cheaper.
The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting central London. The staff was very helpful and offered help willingly. I would have given all 5 stars, however, the room I was initially assigned was very dark and did not have windows that let any light in. I had to request a different that did have some daylight.
