Hotel Casino overall was great, only thing that we did not like was one of the restaurants(The Still) their cooks were cross contaminating and one person(not a cook) touched one of the fish(fish n chips) with his bare hands to place it back on top of the plate as it fell over. Did not was his hands before doing so..
The Tesla charger in the parking lot wasn’t working; the lines to check in and check out were too long because of too few front desk people; the room we had reserved was unavailable when we checked in so we were given an “equivalent” room (2 queens rather than 1 king); the safe in our room wasn’t operating and the hotel staff couldn’t fix it, although they arrived in our room very quickly and ran tests - battery was dead but also an electronics board in it was apparently bad; just not the experience we expected at the Mirage! On the plus side, the staff were friendly and courteous, we observed no surliness or snootiness as we have in the past at other Las Vegas hotels.
Hello, As a member service organization your feedback is valuable. We appreciate you taking the time to share insights with us, and are sorry to hear about the equipment issues and long front desk waits during your stay. Regards, David at AAA Travel
Checked in late Friday, waited 45 mins. For a room. Was told manager had to release a room. Got a king size bed when I requested two beds. Went out Saturday got several texts informing me I had to move out of my room because of elevator work on the 24/25 floors. Was given a room on the 23rd fl with 2 beds.. Sunday morning received another text I needed to move out of my room… appears they never showed me moving to the 23rd floor. Seven times I was at the front desk, I will never stay or recommend staying at the Mirage .
just stayed for a night but definitely will no come back here! Room was poor because of the unexplainable smell, like the carpet that was washed but not able to fully dry. Bath towels smell bad like not wash well.
