Set on the west side of town between Georgetown and Foggy Bottom, the hotel offers a large elegant lobby and chic guest rooms and suites crisp linens, comfy beds and well lit bathrooms. 240 Units, Smoke Free, 8 Stories, Interior Corridors

While the hotel itself was very nice, the bathroom was actually not a safe place for us. There were NO grab bars in or around the bathtub. Surprisingly, there were no towel bars for us to hang up our wet towels and washcloths. Also, the toilet seemed very low to the floor. The carpet in the room needed to be cleaned and the sheet on the bed had a noticeable stain on it. I asked for the sheets to be changed the next day and the new sheets definitely smelled fresher. The hotel staff were most accommodating for all requests. The hotel is located in what seemed to be a safe location although we did not walk very far and mostly travelled by taxis - which were easy to hail at the front door.
