Dead flowers in dirty water on lobby was a sign. The room was above the lobby and noisy. The room smelled like dogs and socks, and there were splatters on the walls. Dirty couch. Floor was sticky and unclean. It was so smelly I didn't sleep the first night and checked out a day early. Staff refused to provide a payment receipt on checkout which caused stress.

I got in late at night after having driven thru Mtn. Passes and a very stressful drive!! The person at the front desk was so polite and helpful and we shared a compassionate moment in what was the first positive moment I had encountered in a few days!! I got a very good and restful night of sleep at this Hotel!!
