I am very upset and doesn’t have to pay money for a hotel room like this. Unacceptably! No elevator for people with a disability, wet floors and foul order like old water has been sitting. My TV doesn’t work advised the front desk, the connected door handle is broken, mildew on the walls, dust on the air conditioner and on the vents, stains on the sheets, old sheets, the I can go on and on about this hotel. The man that came to fix the handle didn’t speak English neither did house keeping. No one understand what I was saying. But this is a renovated hotel? Please tell me when and how? The ice machine doesn’t work I am paying for a hotel and nothing seems to work not even the hotel phone. You have to be kidding me right? This is really a place I would never stay at again it’s false and Mis leading nothing like the description on the website
