Good basic hotel. Room was clean, bed comfortble and was very quiet. Don't be fooled by the advertisement about a view. Our room's windows' exterior was very dirty and the "view" was an even dirtier building 20 feet away. The elevator was clean but the stairwells were ugly and dirty. The price was good for NY and the location allowed us to walk from Penn Station and to our event. Lots of restaurants nearby. No food in the hotel, just a bar which we did not enter.
