Hotel room was much smaller than photographs of room indicated. Air conditioning in room didn’t work well even when turned down low. Adequate for the one night we spent in the room before flying out of Haneda. Close to train station and good shopping/restaurants around the hotel. Wasn’t room for our luggage in such a small three person room. If looking for an economical hotel this would suffice.
