Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself needs some repairs and updates such as the following. 1. To walk into the lobby’s front door, you must walk through the length of five feet of pigeon poop. This is tracked through the lobby, into the elevators, into the rooms and the restaurants. Very unsanitary. 2.The make-up mirrors in three separate rooms did not work. Two mirrors were installed incorrectly, and one would not turn on. 3.The bathroom floor tiles in room 306 are coming up. Someone had put the wrong grout around the tiles, which was tracked throughout the room. 4.The lighting in the rooms is very dim. The entry light would not stay on, making it very hard to see what was in the closet or to use the security safe.
