Generally very nice stay.
This is a premium property with a correspondingly high level of service and attention to detail. I also like that the wonderful herbal scents grom the spa permeate the spaces. I rate it 4 stars because dining and lounge closes early,.making it frustrating for the traveler arriving later.

It was super expensive. We tried to go to the relaxing pools at the spa but were not allowed because we were not staying on the 4th floor. We were told we could pay more money and get the day pass but then told they were full. Why do the people who pay more and stay on the 4th floor get full access and those of us that still payed over a $1000 for two nights do not get access?
