Beautiful room, amazing customer service and ideal location. I was surprised with a fireplace in my room and a jacuzzi. This resort is adjacent to Ripley's Believe it or Not Aquarium with a walking path from the pool area right to the Aquarium. Anakeesta is caddy corner from this location. Free parking at the resort so you can walk the entire downtown area of Gatlinburg and not get worn out.

LOCATION WAS UNBEATABLE. Room was clean and functional. The furniture was worn. Two of three staff members were very helpful. Restaurant was closed.
