Made a reservation and got it confirmed. When I arrived at 9pm to check in after a long day of driving, the front desk told me they didn’t have any rooms available. I was told they didn’t call me to inform that they could not honor their confirmation because she was too busy (she was on a snack break in the back when I showed up). Probably for the best- lots of shady people hanging out in their parking lot and the place seemed very run down. Ended up staying at a Best Western on the other side of town. Would not recommend this place.

I got a really good rate considering I booked last minute. No complaints. Location was good, hotel was clean. It is definitely in need of an update.
