    Very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and quiet. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

    The faucet hand fell off in the bathroom sink. I thought it was excessive to charge an additional fee of $50/night for a dog, but found this out too late to make other arrangements. The room had tile/vinyl floors so not much damage could be done by my pet.

    The room was less than adequate. No chair to sit on other than a desk chair for 2 people! In past stays there was always a nice upholstered chair to sit on. No mirror in the bedroom area usually over the desk. The hotel restaurant I ordered a waffle with whip cream they had zero whip cream. When I brought these complaints to the front desk all I got was excuses. New owner, and starting a renovation, blah, blah! Not going back there again! BTW, this was our 2nd and last visit there.
