The only complaints I have are 1) My room (115) was right next to the hotel laundry room and I kept hearing the door shutting loudly & machines running. That was only during the day, however. II really appreciated getting a first floor room. 2) Very close to the main road so I heard quite a bit of traffic. Room was nice & clean with all the amenities I needed. I slept very well. Breakfast was good but very busy/crowded. Not the hotel’s fault that it seemed like we all wanted to eat at the same time 🤣 but getting a table was not easy.

Best part of our stay was the staff. Those at the check-in desk are amazing - friendly, super helpful, kind. The first room they gave us had an underlying smell of smoke (I'm very sensitive to smell). They assigned us a different room, no problem. I've stayed at other Quality Inns and this one is not on par with the others. It's just older and parts look a little run down. They didn't have regular cleaning service (no one came to make the beds, replenish the coffee station, etc.). It didn't bother us; it was just unexpected. The heating/cooling unit in the room ran constantly. There was no setting we could find to have it only go on when needed. The white noise didn't bother my husband, but it was loud enough to me that I got some ear plugs and then was able to sleep great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Nice hot breakfast options in addition to great coffee, cold items, etc.

1. Called motel three times on the day of reservation, but no one answered. 2. I stayed for two nights. No one came to clean the room the 2nd day. I had to take the trash can downstairs to get a new bag. The room only has ONE small trash can. Even though I did not tell the motel not to clean up the room the next day. The motel simply does not clean if you stay more than one day because other people walk down to the office to ask for towels and other supplies. They also complain the same thing. Is this their policy? 3. The bed sheets have multiple holes and scratches and stains I took pictures. It seems that they were not washed because I had to squash a bug from the pillow. 4. It took VERY LONG time just to get hot water. Unless you want to waste water to let it run for a few minutes, you won't get hot water. 5. The shower head only flows half of the water. Half of water goes out from the bottom faucet when you pull the handle. 6 This motel does not fix things. The tile fell off the wall in the bathroom. They left it there. 7 All towels are old. Some have stains. 8. The tub is black and dirty. 9. I was assigned to room 300 far away from the elevator after I had asked for a ground floor room due to my age and tired legs. I tried three times earlier that day to request a 1st floor room, but no one answered the phone calls.
