The hotel was dark on the inside. When I first checked in I was in room 22024 the walk to this room was a bit much for my age but for me being in good shape it worked out. There was no deadbolt on this door at least there were no instructions on this door. I made someone at the front desk aware of this, she immediately chastised me citing there were instructions on the door. I took pictures there were none. I requested to be moved closer to my nieces on the other side. She the attendant at the front desk was rude, it wasn't until I asked for a manager she changed her tone with me. They gave me a room closer to my family. This room was dirty, they hadn't cleaned the counters. I got locked out of my room for 40 minutes, security literally took that long to come and let me back into my room. If I was a threat it seems to me security would have come right away. I have never been treated the way I was treated at this hotel. Please do a better job of cleaning the rooms. Wash the counters and bathroom handles. Please have annual reviews with employees on customer service including your security and house keeping staff. Make sure instructions for deadbolting doors are on all doors. Better lighting in hallways. Visible emergency procedures in the hallways. Visible emergency phones.

We absolutely loved everything about the Luxor and would definitely stay again! The pool was beautiful and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

They didn't explain the room fees well. These were suppose to come bak to me and didn't. And I am not talking the resort fees

I messed up my reservation so when I checked in, they said oh, you’re expected tomorrow. Yikes, panic set in quickly!!!! But Pasqual took good care of us and got us a room, AND it was for the full stay so no transfer required due to my mess up. Staff were great, room was great, the weekend….unforgettable! Thank you!!!
