The Castle is amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Shae! We had called ahead to say we would be arriving late and he was there to greet us and lead us to where we could still find food. Our rental car had an issue with the car alarm randomly going off so Shae took our keys and explained the situation to the front desk so they could handle it and we could get a great night's sleep. We felt so well cared for there. Can't wait to return one day!
