At arrival was disappointed that the charge for two 10 pound dogs was $100. After seeing the cleanliness of 126 room floor I was pretty upset. There were no black out curtains, and the AC was too loud to even hear the TV. Walking in and out seemed to annoy the people in the lobby that seemed pretty comfortable with their shoes off. My teenage daughter didn't feel comfortable walking though there as male staff stared at her. The ice machine is on the 4th floor. Staff were not friendly and made us feel like we were not welcome.
