Upon arrival, I was not given the King Suite room. Front desk gave me a double bed suite. After addressing this with the front desk, I was offered a regular king room. It was just okay . I needed all of the electrical outlets for medical equipment by my bed and only two worked. So, my husband bought a splitter so I could use my electrical equipment. The shower floor was very slippery but luckily I brought slip resistant water sandals. After driving for over 700 miles we were hungry so we order food from the lounge. The bartender orders our meal and delivered it without providing silverware or napkins. The customer drinks from the lounge are extremely expensive. One beer and a vodka and cranberry juice was over $19.00.. when you stay for over a week your room should be cleaned every other day. That’s sort off a standard thing. Our sheets were never changed in seven day stay. We used the laundry facilities and both washer and dryer worked well. The front desk clerk’s were pleasant. Thank you to the general manager from r adjusting our rate on our room. The hotel is in the middle of a completel renovation starting with the top floor.
Pros: The room was pretty large Breakfast was good Hotel Staff was nice Cons: A very bad smell came from AC.
