Requested a room away from exposure to public roads and they put us in one anyway. When they moved us to a new room away from noise it smelled musty and moldy. When we requested a wake up call they set it an hour too early. In the new room the phone was broken and didn’t work at all. Not a good experience.

No facial tissues in room. No Gluten-free baked goods for breakfast. No microwave in room. Room very clean, but sink stopper broken and sink was cracked. Breakfast room attendant worked quickly to keep tables wiped thoroughly - a difficult task given that sticky syrup seemed to get spilled on tables frequently.
