We added days to a AAA Premier Tour and told the hotel upon arrival that we we part of the Collette Tour. After staying there two days, they made us change rooms for no reason. To help with this request the hotel said they would have their bell hops move the bags. When we had to move, they said they had no bell hops available. We went down to use the sauna, it was turned off. Fortunately I know electrical so I could turn on the breakers and make it work In addition, the staff was unfriendly and the location is not ideal.
