I had cancelled via email to the hotel because we were caught in the Spain power outage. Received an email reply that I had to contact paypal. Was able to get to the hotel at 4 am. They said it was cancelled but did find us a room.

rug at entrance to our room 239 was worn and torn. poorly lit to see the room number. The shower fixtures were plastic and broken, the shower soap dispenser would not pump soap. , There was no floor mat to step on when exiting the shower which then became slippery.
