1st we wanted a room with a king bed and told none were available. Mext we got to our 1st room and one of the Queen mattresses was full of black spots. While checking we found a bedbug. Captured it and called the front desk. He came and flushed it but we took pictures. Then he gave a a room with a king bed he told us they didn't have. Next morning when I went to the front desk to the manger he told me qe could not get any discount or refund because qe went theu expedia. It told him we used AAA and he said it was expedia. He was very rude and dismissing. Even thought the second bed room was clean my wife and I got almost no sleep and were very upset and worried
