This is one of the most charming hotels I've stayed at in France. It's history is evident and it's super cool to stay in at hotel from the 1300s. It's a perfect location - easy walk to the train station and all the important sights in Strasbourg, but on a quiet street so no noise at night. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They also speak many languages and offer nice touches, like mulled wine during the Christmasmarkets.
