This stylish hotel has a spacious lobby with plenty of seating and connectivity options for guests. Rooms boast large desks and plush white duvets. The location is convenient to scenic outdoor spots. Smoke free premises. 88 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only. Accessibility (Call).

The entire staff were so kind, polite, patient, accommodating, and helpful - even before we arrived (when I called a few times with questions and requests for our stay)! Special shout out to Sonia and Jesse (front desk), Keira (housekeeping manager), and Bri (housekeeping), (hope, I got the spellings correct!). There were a couple of others, but I didn’t catch their names! Everyone (except maybe one person) was attentive, helpful and kind (this one person just seemed engrossed in their work that they didn’t notice us walk by a few times to acknowledge us…not that big of a deal). The entire hotel was so clean and beautiful! I felt so comfortable being there. If I had to note some improvements I would say: 1) Fix it so that the elevators require key card access (for security and safety reasons). Perhaps they were in the process of adding them to the elevators? Because only one had the card sensor and the other didn’t. 2) Have the blinds close all the way down - only one of the two did that (the more sheerer one) and you could still kind of “see” into the room at night from a distance (for privacy and morning sun issues). 3) The shower doors glide so smoothly that if you are not careful that either one will slide open when you close the doors and you may not realize it and the other opens and water can leak onto the floor while showering (opps!). 4) The grout in the shower may need to be bleached a bit soon to keep it in line with the rest of the room (beautiful and clean). There is some early signs of age and usage. 5) Can they extend breakfast to maybe 11:00 am for late risers who eat brunch not breakfast? I was very apprehensive staying at a hotel (after about 15/20 years since my last vacation), but if every hotel was like the Hampton Inn (by Hilton) in Bedford, IN, I would definitely travel more and feel less stressed and more happy about staying in a place where thousands of people have stayed at before me (LOL!). Next time I come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again!
