Consisting of two towers, one being an historic converted warehouse, the unique hotel is steeped in local flavor. The center courtyard, including a small pool, is a tropical oasis with lush foliage. A limited number of spacious efficiency suites offer cathedral ceilings, exposed brick walls and fully-equipped kitchenettes or full kitchens. Smoke free premises. 288 units, some efficiencies. 5-8 stories, interior corridors.

The hallways remakes of the smell of pot! It smelled so bad. The breakfast bar was not managed. At 8:30 am there were only 3 bagels in the container all other items were empty. Waited 30 min for the waffle mix to be refilled.
I had an issue with no linen service after the second day. I contacted the front desk, and they stated that linen/room service was on request only (I should have received a Welcome Packet with this information, but I didn't receive it at check-in). The hotel did not offer any cost adjustment at the time of the complaint. I contacted Hampton Inn via email after the stay, informed them of the situation, and they are going to credit one night's stay due to this issue. I was not initially satisfied with the stay due to the lack of linen/room service, but Hampton's Guarantee took care of this. I will continue to use Hampton.
