Our family stayed at this Hampton Inn due to my father passing away and his subsequent funeral service. When the front desk clerk found out about our situation she was able to help us out by changing our reservation to a bereavement rate. The entire front desk staff treated us all with compassion and sympathy and were always offering to help us if we needed anything. This was especially true for our special needs adult son who was trying to make the best of a sad situation for him. Thank you Hampton Inn for showing our family such kindness.
