We made a reservation through AAA, and it was a TOTAL fiasco! The person at the desk was rude - wanted to lecture me about third party reservations despite the fact I asked him twice to just check me in and save the lecture! We had driven from Maine in horrible traffic and it was 9:30 at night. AAA had not communicated with the hotel, so we got a totally different room from the one we reserved. I will NOT reserve with AAA again!
