Upon my return from vacation after driving seven hours I was told that I did not have a reservation. They didn’t even bother to look anywhere else knowing if you book a room with a third-party you can go to the bad email address. After panicking for about 20 minutes the lady came and told me that I did have a reservation I asked for an upgrade. She told me there were no more rooms but magically I had a room poor customer service. The lady that does the morning breakfast was phenomenal and funny. I appreciate her.
