We experienced wonderful service, especially with the front desk staff (Edy & Rarey). They were very helpful when we made a mistake (not booking a handicapped suite). After adjustments were made, they checked again to make sure that we had what we needed. They were very calm and professional, while we were pretty tired and flustered. The breakfast and happy hour dining were greatly appreciated.
