We arrived to hotel 11:30 am and were told check in at 4 pm and that we can leave bags and use next door pool because pool was being fixed or beach. We went for lunch and went to the beach while we waited for room. Umbrellas are $20 and chairs $15. $50 to sit at the beach! 3 pm we get a call that room is ready. My husband took luggage to room while I decompressed from the inconvenience. Air conditioner turns on/off and loud. Not a peaceful sleep. Room and hotel appear to be clean. Air fresher would be nice. Breakfast and service was excellent. Front desk staff at first seemed frustrated and at checkout polite. I don’t think I’ll return here.
