The furniture was in disrepair. The one chair in the room had ripped upholstery. The room and bathroom were shabby and not very clean. There was no coffee (machine) in the room or lobby. Judging by the cars that appeared late in the evening and left early in the morning, it appeared to be housing for transient workers.
