Had trouble locating our reservation. Keys did not work to room upon checkin, we went back 4 times. Finally the clerk came and when she couldn’t gain access to the room, she assigned us another room. We were able to go in once, and when we returned same issue. Key would not work. We have stayed here for years, but this was our last stay.
